We live in a world where people don’t have equal resources.
Some people have more money than others, better education, greater opportunities, or live in a relatively safe country which can help them get further in life.
But time is something that is limited for everyone. The clock ticks at the same rate for us all. No one can make it slow down or go faster.
In this module we'll learn how changing our perspective on time can help us to focus our attention, efforts and energy.
I'll also share practical strategies to help you make the most of your time in your life and work.
In this video we'll look at how precious time is and consider our perspective on it.
In this video I'll take you through a valuable process to review your business responsibilities and tasks to help you maximise your time.
Here’s a quick reminder of the Simplify Concept:
When something in your life or work no longer supports you, start by asking yourself: “What will I change?”.
In this module we looked at how precious time is and considered our perspective on it. I also walked you through ‘The 4D’s of Effective Time Management’ strategy to review your business responsibilities and tasks to help you to maximise your time.
The Simplify Concept can help to bring daily awareness of your use of Time, so that you can make the most of it.
Follow the steps below to help apply the Simplify Concept to your Time:
Step 1 – IDENTIFY: Ask yourself “What element of my Time WILL I change?”.
Step 2 – DECIDE: Decide NOW how things WILL be different.
Step 3 - DO THE ONE THING: Simply commit to one action. It’s important to review the effectiveness of your action. Be mindful that you may need to adjust or change your action depending upon the results you see.
Step 4 – MAKE IT A HABIT: Keep doing what you decide to do.
